Do you have warranty on a delivery?
Yes, we have delivery warranty in the form of refunding money or resending the package to some countries or states where Kratom is legal.
Also the warranty conditions is depending which shipment carrier do you use, feel free to contact us if you are not sure about legality of your country.
What Time Limit For Shipment?
Your package will be prepared for shipment after we recieved the payments. in this case, if you paying via bank transfer, we will wait untill the funds recieved on our bank account.
What Shipping Company You Use To Send The Package?
We use DHL, UPS, and Air Cargo as shipping courier.
How Long The Package Will Arrive In Our Country?
In general for the US and surrounding areas usually takes 8-10 working days, to Europe and surrounding areas usually takes 7-9 working days and the region and beyond it usually takes 6-8 business days. It all depends on how long the process of customs clearance and if delivery is hampered by local regulations there will be the possibility of a package to take more than 30 working days. If the delivery is done on Saturday and Sunday there will be the addition of 1-2 working days than usual.
How Long Can I Get The Tracking Number?
After our esteemed customers make an order, payment and packages ready to be sent so we can provide tracking number about 3-4 business days for orders under 300 kilos. For more than 300 kilos tracking number will be given about 5-7 working days and for an order more than 1 ton tracking number will be given approximately 14-17 working days because we have to prepare some of the necessary documents.
